How do I sign up for a class or workshop?

Click on the “Calendar” tab and choose the date and class you would like to sign up for.

Follow the onscreen instructions to register and pay.

 

Do I have to register ahead of time?

We recommend that everyone register online to secure your spot. If the class is sold out,

we cannot accommodate walk-ins. 

 

Do I need to come with friends or do some folks come alone?
Many of our guests come by themselves, we are a great place to meet people or to enjoy some

"alone" time! Either way, we want you to feel welcome.....you may come as strangers, but

you'll leave as friends!

 

Everyone in my group is registered for the class, but it is sold out and I can’t get in.
Can you squeeze me in?

If the class is sold out, you can sign up on the waiting list calling the studio and letting us know which class you want to attend. If there are any cancelations, we will call, in order, from the waiting list.

 

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

There are no refunds once payment is made, however, cancellations made at least 5 hours before the class will receive a voucher to be used for another class. The voucher will expire 30 days from date of issue.  Cancellations within 5 hours of the event or no-shows receive no refund and no voucher.  To get your voucher, please call, email, or leave us a voicemail at least 5 hours before the class.

 

Is there an age requirement to attend an Art & Soul class?

The age limit to attend an Art & Soul Class is 18 years old. However, anyone at least 16, but under 18 can attend but must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered to participate during that class. Adult Classes are mostly in the evenings.  For our younger artists, we offer Kids’ Classes.  Kid's Classes will be labeled accordingly.  Check the "calendar" page often!  The calendar changes often and new classes are added frequently. If you have any questions, please feel free to call the studio.

 

Can I attend with friends, but not participate?

We have limited seating and only have space for registered/paid customers.

 

What time do I need to arrive for a class?

You should arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts to get settled. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best we can, but we will continue the flow of the event without interruption.

 

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes. Bring any snack foods and refreshments that you’d like (Finger foods are best). But keep in mind that most of your time will be spent making art! Unfortunately, we do not supply plates, utensils, cups and/or ice.

 

Do you have ice?

We do not have ice, but we can provide ice buckets (at your request).

 

What do I need to wear?

We provide aprons for each participant, but we do use acrylic paint that is difficult to get out of clothes. So messy art-makers might want to wear something that you wouldn’t mind getting messy.

 

When does you calendar come out?

We publish the next month’s calendar around the 15th of every month.

 

Is the acrylic paint in the studio safe for kids and pregnant women?

Yes, our paint is water based and all materials used in the studio are non-toxic.
